Proof of Insurance must be provided. It will show THE PACKAGE TRUCK as ADDITIONAL INSURED, and as LOSS PAYEE for MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT - ALL RISKS, at REPLACEMENT VALUE of the equipment.

Customers are responsible for any damage.

All bookings are subject to a deposit and are C.O.D. without an account. (Contact The Package Truck for information regarding setting up an account.)

A Package Reservation consists of days held until either the shoot day, or another customer calls looking for the same days. If said conflict arises you will be contacted to confirm your reservation with a 10% non refundable deposit. If the booking hasn't been confirmed in 24hrs it will be considered cancelled.

Deposit payment terms are: Credit approved customers on account, otherwise Cash, Certified Cheque, or money order.

Cancellations 48hrs or less, are charged at 100% of Package Reservation (maximum 5 days billed as a cancellation on long term).

A booking of the HD Camera Package consists of all gear arriving on location in a minivan with an experienced Package Truck camera assistant.

Camera Assist Labour Rate:
$375.00 (9,3,2) - 9hrs work + 1hr lunch (door to door)

A booking of the Cam Mate Jib Arm package consists of the equipment delivered to location with an experienced Package Truck jib arm operator.

Jib Arm Package including operator:
$1,250.00 (9,3,2)(door to door)

A booking of lighting/grip equipment consists of all gear arriving on location in a 17' long, 10' 3" high, 7000 kilo cube van with an experienced Package Truck Grip/Electric.

Minimum $500 equipment charge + labour charge.

Mileage is charged at 55¢/km from The Package Truck Office

We do not offer electrical tie in service. Please arrange for a certified electrician for safety and insurance considerations.
